ORDERING CUSTOM JEWELRY

We are glad to accommodate your custom jewelry order, so please contact us. (It may take a little longer for custom orders to reach you.) Browsing the SabraStar Designs gallery may provide you with ideas for your custom order. Often, people see a piece and like the general style but have a few variations in mind that would make it perfect for them. We often make changes in existing styles to accommodate customers' desires.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Please email us with the item number(s) and a short description of the piece(s) you wish to purchase, along with your full name and mailing address and the form of payment you plan to use. If you are ordering a bracelet, please specify the length you desire, and if you would like a custom length necklace, please specify that as well. Also, please note if you wish to receive a free gift box. We will email you in return to confirm your order and total and give you an approximate shipping date. When your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email as well.

Shipping Charges

All orders must be insured. Shipping is available via any carrier you prefer.
Charges are actual cost plus $2 packing and handling.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, the product is NOT what you anticipated, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). This may not apply to some custom pieces.

Custom Orders

Custom work depends on the artist's workload and may take 4-8 weeks for delivery. As each piece is crafted individually, the artist takes great pride in producing precise work. Please give us time to create the best work possible for you.

Forms of Payment

The artist will begin work on your item(s) as soon as we receive payment. We accept personal check, bank check, or money order. However, if you choose to pay by personal check, we will wait approximately 7-10 days before beginning work on your item(s), in order to give time for the check to clear. Depending on the size of your order, it may take up to 2 weeks for your items to ship.
